TEEN MENTORING PROGRAM

Mentoring Program Services Outline

Teen is assigned to a Dauntless Mentor/Trainer. Teen Mentee and Dauntless Mentor/Trainer meet weekly by Zoom for 1 hour. These are private sessions, one on one, every other week and with a group of up to 6 other teens, every other week. A total of 4 hours per month.

A total of 3 hours per month.

_____ INTEGRATION

  • Parent/Guardian Questionnaire. Purpose of the form is to clearly identify the challenges that the parent/guardian desires the mentor to address with the mentee during the program.

  • Teen Questionnaire. Purpose of the form is for Team Dauntless & Mentor to gauge the current mindset of the mentee, desired outcomes and life goals; to spark their imagination and build a sense of excitement moving forward.

_____ IGNITION

  • Initial Onboarding Zoom Call with Teen Mentee & Dauntless Mentor. This first meeting is a meet and greet, reviewing the teens questionnaire and program expectations, an overview of weekly assignments,

  • Letter of Commitment. The goal is to establish that the program is not a ‘half to’ that the parents are making the teen go through but instead a ‘get to’ mindset where they will level up, accomplish their dreams and learn to live a life that is profitable for their future.

_____ IMMERSION

  • Battle Plan Curriculum reviewed by Mentor and Mentee. While enrolled in the mentorship program, Dauntless Mentor will establish Targets (what we call goals) and train the Teen Mentee on how to set and achieve those Targets through accountability, develop daily habits and weekly mission check ins.

  • The purpose of the Battle Plan is to establish a starting point with measurable milestones.

  • Weekly Assignments. Teen Mentee will be given weekly assignments to be completed by the following week's zoom meeting, clearly outlined in the Battle Plan. Assignments will be a variety of reading, writing and watching videos with a maximum time commitment of 30 minutes per week.

  • $300 per month on-going until canceled via email.

  • Cancel Anytime. No refunds for prior services.

_____ PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Mentee is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the training experience and his/her coaching calls and interactions with any coach.

  • Standard ethics are followed.

  • Initiate/Mentee/Parent/Guardian understands that the coaching style of Dauntless Nation is to call up the teen and request the mentee to push themselves mentally at times, but in no way is an mentee coerced or forced to participate in part of the program

  • The mentee may choose not to participate

_____ TERMINATION

  • Parent/Guardian further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship on behalf of the teen at any time.

  • There are no refunds if the participant or parent/guardians choose to remove the participant from the program.

  • Parents acknowledge that coaching of the participant is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their teen’s life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation.

  • The Parent/Guardian agrees that deciding how to handle these issues and incorporate coaching principles into those areas is exclusively the participants' responsibility.

_____ CONFIDENTIALITY

  • This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the participant/mentee shares with the Coaches as part of this relationship is bound by this agreement.

  • Please be aware that the Coach-Participant/Mentee/Graduate relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus, communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege.

  • The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Mentee without the Parent/Guardian's written consent.

_____ LIMITED LIABILITY

  • Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Dauntless Nation makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered.

  • In no event shall Dauntless Nation be liable to the Participant/Mentee for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

  • Notwithstanding any damages that the Parent/Participant may incur, Dauntless Nation, Inc. or Dauntless Nation Foundation Inc. entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Parent to Dauntless Nation under this Agreement for all coaching services.

_____ MENTAL HEALTH

  • Parent/Guardian acknowledges that coaching/personal development training does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.

_____ ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT

  • This document reflects the entire agreement between Dauntless Nation and the Parent/Guardian and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter.

  • This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

  • The Agreement may not be amended, altered or supplemented except in writing signed by both Dauntless Nation, Inc. Dauntless Nation Foundation, Inc. and Parent/Guardian.

_____ DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Parent/Guardian and Dauntless Nation Inc. Dauntless Nation Foundation, Inc. agrees to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.

  • If the dispute is not so resolved, within 30 days and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs from the other party.

  • All disputes will be filed and settled in Broward County, Florida.

_____ SEVERITY

  • If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

  • If the Court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable but that by limiting such provision, it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

_____ WAIVER

  • The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

_____ APPLICABLE LAW

  • This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any conflicts of law’s provisions.

_____ PAYMENT AGREEMENT

  • Your signature indicates that you may be charged for other services, such as extended phone calls, consultations, and services rendered on your behalf. These charges will be discussed with you ahead of the services provided if agreed to and put in writing.

  • Services will be paid on a recurring payment system. Payment starts when the contract is signed. (Today's date) by signing this contract, you authorize Dauntless Nation to pull funds from the card put on file on a monthly basis of $300 every 30 days until canceled in writing.

_____ CANCELLATION

  • You can cancel your monthly agreement at any time. Dauntless Nation doesn't charge any early cancellation fees. yYou will receive a refund for the unused portion of your last month of service.
